Roots color retouch for cover grays or change natural hair level darker or lighter with permanent colors. 

A single process refers to any color service that is done in one step. This can be using a permanent color that lifts and deposits, a glaze, or a creative color service with only one process. 

Corrective color usually means change… Sometimes a corrective service is needed when a client decides to make a drastic change or fix a color service that had undesirable results. That cost reflects the amount of time needs to work on your hair and the amount of color used.

Balayage - freehand hair coloring technique that gives a really blended natural look with no harsh or obvious regrowth lines.
